Who is the most important person in your life?
Think if you only spoke to your spouse or partner or child once a week. How would your relationship be?
Or what if you only spoke to them nicely and lovingly once per week and otherwise just belittled and condescended the person day in and day out the rest of the week.
What would be the result?
How strong would your relationship be?
How much love would your life be filled with?
Now think about your relationship with yourself.
How often do you speak and/or think kind, loving and supportive thoughts to yourself?
So what relationship is going to have the biggest impact on your joy in life?
Who do you spend the most time with?
You of course.
For some reason wherever you go, there you are!
Therein lies one major key to a happy life.
Any loving, fulfilled relationship requires an investment from you and regular attention in order for it to thrive.
But we often overlook the most important relationships and wonder why we struggle to feel happy.
Are you investing love into your relationship with YOU consistently each day?
