Day 29 – If you are doing anything and you feel bad, STOP!

Today is our final day of review and the 2nd to last day in our 30 day mental mastery transformation. Let’s jump right in…

Day 19:

Are you getting emotional?

Getting yourself worked up with positive emotion is instantly life-altering and highly beneficial.

Not only is it the way to increase belief, but it immediately increases your quality of life!

As you get yourself feeling loving energy, it makes it easier to live this affirmation: I walk by faith, not by sight.

As you Affirm Your Truth, and you see yourself in your mind living your ideal, you will feel better. That is how you walk by faith…

You see the future in your mind and you feel good because you believe it.

It’s really that simple.

First you must see it clearly in your mind.

Maxwell Maltz confirmed this in Psycho-cybernetics when he said: “Our self image, strongly held, essentially determines what we become.

Over the past month we have been purposely changing our own self-image and our image of the world, and in the process we have been mastering our mind and our self.

W. Clement Stone said: “Self-suggestion makes you master of yourself.”

Keep mastering yourself throughout your life by creating your own self-image through affirmations

Day 20:

If you don’t feel good, change your thoughts!

If you are doing anything and you feel bad, STOP!

Do something to get yourself feeling better.

Remember the one simple practice you can do easily from anywhere…just write your feelings, then forgive yourself.Say, “Thank you” and, “I love you,” then return to your positive affirmations and vision.

That simple process gets you feeling better, and it is a lasting positive solution, unlike stuffing your face, or drowning your sorrows, or distracting your mind, or feeding any other physical craving.

Day 22:

Napoleon Hill once said: “One must marry one’s feelings to one’s beliefs and ideas. That is probably the only way to achieve a measure of harmony in one’s life.”

Remember how important it is to pay close attention to your feelings. And get yourself feeling good.

If you feel good, that means you’re thinking about what you want…you are thinking faithfully and you are full of belief.

If you feel bad, look at what you’re thinking!

If you feel bad, that unequivocally means you are thinking thoughts of doubt, fear, or worry about something.

When you notice yourself feeling bad to any degree (the sooner you notice the better), change your thoughts.

Rhonda Byrne in The Secret said: “Ask once, believe you have received, and all you have to do to receive is feel good. If you are feeling good, it is because you are thinking good thoughts.

You can tell if you believe by how you feel.

Living the 12 pillars of a Truly Amazing Life makes you feel good.

If you go through life feeling amazing consistently isn’t that a Truly Amazing Life?
