I can’t over-emphasize that the key to having the energy to work diligently and effectively is to get yourself feeling amazing emotionally.
Feeling good should be your top priority.
It’s a worthy goal you can strive for your entire life.
And you can succeed at it every day. Earl Nightingale defined success in this most empowering way I have ever heard: “Success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal.”
So…succeed right now — by doing something to get yourself feeling better.
And remember what Norman Vincent Peale said: “When you get up in the morning, you have two choices – either to be happy or to be unhappy. Just choose to be happy.”
Happiness really is a choice.
But it’s a choice that often requires ACTION.
So choose to be happy today and then DO something about it.
If you notice yourself feeling bad, first change your thinking! Don’t mask your feelings and hide from it. Then take some action to move your body, write, meditate, breathe, or serve someone and you will absolutely start to feel better.
