You Don’t Need Smooth Waters To Be Happy!

smooth-sailingI can’t tell you that by believing and knowing that, then everything will be smooth sailing and you’ll never experience anything hard ever again.  By no means is that the case.  But I can tell you that by believing that there is no bad day, you absolutely will be on the path to getting everything you truly desire.

The challenge for some people is realizing and recognizing that sometimes, getting our truest desires requires us to pass through extremely difficult and challenging circumstances.  Sometimes you can just be remodeled slightly.  That’s not super painful.  But other times you need to be torn down and rebuilt entirely in order to become the person you need to be to achieve your heart’s deep desires.  For example, in a large developed city, in order to build a beautiful new building or structure, an existing structure needs to be destroyed first; same with us sometimes.  Yes, it is painful and hard to destroy the existing structure, but it is necessary in order to have the beautiful and the new.

In my own case, I know very clearly (and I could see it even going in because I was looking for it) that my experience with disease was an absolutely critical experience for me in allowing me to achieve my true desires.  My desires were and are to serve and bless the lives of millions of people, and to do everything I can to make a significant and positive impact for good in people’s lives with the time that I’m given on this planet.  It is very clear to me that I am much more capable of doing that now than I could have possibly been without that experience.  And I am truly grateful for the experience.

In your case it will be similar.   By embracing the fact that every day is good, and that all things are good, you open yourself up to allowing the universe to give you everything you want.  And instead of kicking against the pricks and suffering miserably when things that you don’t understand happen, you embrace everything that is happening peacefully, and with gratitude, and grace.  You look for and find the good in it all.

When you kick against hard things, it just hurts you.  But when you see the hard things as beautiful, and perfectly timed for you, that is faith.  And faith feels good.  That is believing in what you can’t necessarily see, but trusting in the hope that it is there.  And by believing that, you actually cause it.  That is the creative power of faith.

It can seem complex, but it is so simple!  Simply accept and believe that there is no bad day!!  That’s it!  Accept and believe that one thing and then you never have to ask the question again.  You never have to question God’s or the Universe’s motives.  The fact is they are always good and always wanting and desiring your best.  God is pure love.  There is a source of infinite, unconditional, pure love that forgives you for everything you could possibly ever do “wrong” and wants nothing more than for you to simply love yourself and love others starting right now.  Because you are infinitely loved, and because you decide to believe, instead of deny, the truth that everything is conspiring for your benefit, you allow all beneficial things to happen with ease.  In denying that you just push goodness and abundance away.

I could easily have been intensely mad at God for allowing me to get that disease, couldn’t I?

I mean, I had such big plans to serve God by seeking to bless lives through writing and teaching.  And then all of a sudden Wham!  I’m on my back writhing in pain and nearly dying for months and almost completely incapable of doing any good for anybody.  My plans completely thwarted and stopped dead in their tracks!

So shouldn’t I have been ticked off?

I certainly could have chosen to feel that way.  But in reality that would be absurd.  The only logical and truly rational reaction to have, that is beneficial to me and to anyone else, is to TRUST!  To have FAITH!  To BELIEVE that “ALL things shall work together for good”.  That is the truth.

It is false to believe that God hates me and is out to get me and punish me.  It is false to assume and believe that the universe is conspiring against me.  It would be foolish to believe and convince myself that just when I feel inspired and feel like things are working best, my plans always get shattered or halted by something.  Sure, my best intentions and plans do quite often get shattered and halted and completely thwarted.  But God’s plans never do.

Do you think our creator just might know a little bit more than we do about what actually needs to happen in order for us to accomplish our desires?

Do you think He may have at least a slightly better perspective on it all than us since He can actually see the end from the beginning all the time?

Uhhh, yeah, he does.   So TRUST HIM!  When something happens that appears bad, just know that it is actually good!  Rejoice and count your blessings and look for how it will be good.  Open yourself up to changing your thinking and your course if needed.  Find a way around the obstacle.  Make the challenge serve you!  It is there for that specific purpose.  It always is.  There is a negative and positive side to literally everything.  It’s simply up to you to look for the positive instead of being sucked in by the negative and assuming that it’s some kind of punishment or just a random circumstance.

So one more time, why should you embrace the good day, and never choose to have a bad day ever again?

Because it’s foolishness to have a bad day!

Yes, I know that sounds harsh.  But choosing to view things as bad for you is either consciously or subconsciously deciding to be miserable and unhappy and invite more of what you don’t want into your life.  Can we all agree that is foolish?  I don’t mean to be rude to anyone by saying that.  I personally have been in those shoes before and have been miserable and unhappy because I decided unconsciously to believe in bad days.  But that was before I woke up and came to realize that it was all within my control.

Now that I know, I don’t choose that anymore.  And I hope to never make that choice again, ever.  And I invite you to do the same.  In fact I implore you to do so.  I beg of you, for your own sake, for the sake of your children or future children, your family, your friends, and for the sake of us all, to please, PLEASE just decide that there is no bad day.

It is the way to be happy and to get everything you truly desire in life.  It is the way to live in joy and peace.  And that is my hope and my desire for you.  You are now awake.  You are now conscious to the fact that there is no bad day.  Now it is up to you.  I have done my best to persuade, encourage, and provide examples and reasons.  But the action and change is up to you.   You must want it for you, and then you must make the change personally in your own thought habits.  And most habits don’t change overnight.  It requires daily consistent effort to affect lasting change and create new habits.  The good news is by reading this book you have already started the process of upgrading your beliefs, or in other words thought habits.

[headline_tahoma_small_left color=”#000000″]By Small And Simple Things[/headline_tahoma_small_left]

“By small and simple things are great things brought to pass; and small means in many instances doth confound the wise.” (Alma 37:6, The Book of Mormon).  That is a motto we would all benefit from living by in our lives.  Habits can absolutely change, and pretty quickly too.  But you have to do the simple daily work.  By immersing yourself in these thoughts for 3 to 4 weeks, you can entirely change your habit of thinking and that will improve your life for the better forever.

Do this simple thing, and watch your life expand:  Simply repeat the affirmation “There Is No Bad Day”.  Repeat it as much as you can throughout the day, but at minimum in the morning, afternoon, and before bed for the next three weeks.  You will then have a new permanent belief.

I want nothing more than to help you permanently change your thought habits so that you can live the truly amazing life that is already yours by birthright.  I know that if you will diligently think these things daily for 30 days with feeling, you will absolutely create new habits of thinking that will enable you to live a truly amazing life.  I know this because I have done it, and because scientific research has proven that permanent habits are formed in that time.

I’m actually so intent on helping you do this for yourself, that I’ve created a system called 5 Minute Mental Mastery in which I have made the process super simple.  My biggest challenges in changing my own mental habits over the years have been:

  1. Not knowing what to focus on and
  2. Not doing it consistently for 30 days to create the habit.

For me it took years to get my beliefs to the point where I constantly see life as Truly Amazing.  I can help you shortcut that process.  Go to 5MinuteMentalMastery.com and I will show you how.  This system will hold your hand every day, for just 5 minutes, and give you the power and ability to permanently change your beliefs and habits.

I may not know you personally, but I believe we are connected spiritually.  I love you, and I appreciate you for desiring to be better and improving yourself.  We are all better when one of us is better.  I believe in you.  I believe in your capacity for joy, because I believe in us.  I know that we are all inseparably connected and come from the same source of amazing goodness.

Make the decision today and join me in never having another bad day ever again!

Sincerely,

Aaron Kennard

P.S. This really is a truly amazing life! 😉
