Why it’s so important to make (and keep) SMALL commitments to yourself

Many of you are now finishing up the one-month journey of Affirm Your Truth and I’m always excited to see feedback from you.

I love hearing about the amazing breakthroughs! Like this from a couple days ago…

“Thanks for the lessons. Being just a human being, at times I forget to repeat the lessons because of having to rush off. Then later I feel empty!

Of course, I wish 100% of you who follow the system would experience those breakthrough results.

But I don’t think that’s realistic.

So I am also grateful to hear feedback from those with less than stellar results…because I can’t help you if I don’t hear from you.

So for anyone struggling or feeling like you’re sliding backwards in how you feel, I think Leanne is onto something there.

It is good to go back to the basics.

The simpler you can make it on yourself the better…

…Especially when you’re feeling low.

Each time you have a small win it will make you feel one notch better…even if it’s just slight.

I know with certainty you will get positive results in your life if you commit yourself to that one simple affirmation 3-4 times per day, and then follow through on that one simple commitment

It’s not just the affirmation that will serve you. Your confidence in yourself increases each time you make a commitment to yourself and keep it.

But the opposite is also true.

That’s why it’s important to make small commitments.

Each time you make a commitment to yourself and don’t keep it, it damages your self-confidence, self-respect, and self-esteem. And those three things are vital to living a Truly Amazing Life…and feeling joy.

Going back to the basics will improve all of them.

The key though is to keep your commitment to yourself.

So make it ‘fail proof’ by setting 3 or 4 alarms on your phone that remind you throughout the day.

I recommend making the title of your alarm the affirmation you want to be reminded of: ‘Everything is conspiring for my benefit’ in this case.

That way, when the alarm goes off, that affirmation flashes up on your screen.

I’m confident this will help you if you’re struggling at all.
